Tuath Fasach/Victory:

Merchants coming from Creathorne heading to Tuath Fasach were shocked to
discover the City of Victory simply wasn't there. The forests seemed
strangely quiet and still as well. The Merchants further report the roads
are nearly overgrown with disuse.
