The Eight Charges of Justari:
  • Excellence: To seek excellence in everything expected of a worshipper, martial and otherwise. Using strength in the service of justice, rather than in personal achievement.
  • Truth; Speak always the truth. To lie is to dishonor your lord, yourself, and the powers of Good. It is an injustice to oneself and your charges, a slight to your lord, and a sin to Justari.
  • Loyalty: Be known for unwavering commitment to your lord and the ideals you choose to live by. There are many places where compromise is expected; loyalty is not one of them.
  • Defense: Seek always to defend your kingdom, the weak, and those whom you believe worthy of loyalty.
  • Courage: Being a worshipper of the Just God often means choosing the more challenging path, both morally and physically. Be prepared to make sacrifices in service of truth and justice.
  • Humility: Do not boast of your own accomplishments let others do this for you. Tell the deeds of others and never your own. To do so shows greed and avarice of oneself, and dishonors the face of the Just God.
  • Nobility: To be noble is to ignore dishonor and to follow the path of honor, never forgetting that on your shoulder rests the weak. The burdens of the innocent and of justice are binding force of what makes a man noble.
  • Justice: Pursue ever justice without error. Always seek the truth behind the crime. Ask questions and discuss wit peers. Any innocent man sent away in shackles is one soul wrongfully condemned. Pursue villainy in all its forms and deal with it in truth.

My sword is defending the weak and for slaying the wicked
My words are for praising the good works of others and for rooting out corruption
My life is spent in the pursuit of justice and the harrowing of evil.
My soul having served shall go to the celestial halls where I in turn will await His judgement.
