The wand of knowing

The wand was found during questing into the plane of lost things during the time we had to save Warble ((SQ 13)).
Alongside the wand a necklace was also found. This necklace is unaccounted for as of now.
The wand was placed there on purpose.
Companion cast Wyvern College 5th at the wand to find out info. The information gathered was as, written by me in first person.
I saw a cult, they promoted a member, invited them into their family. They gave him the wand, told him to hide it, where no one would find it. And to constantly be changing where it is. He did as ordered, hiding it and moving it often, such that he was the only person who knew where it was. One day, the cult leader called him up for a chat, and the leader stabbed the follower.
As the follower died, a portal opened up under the wand, as it fell into the plane of lost things as the last person who knew it existed died.
