Local rangers report that a small nation - complete with pesants, farms, and a
city - seems to have suddenly appeared east of Blackwater and south-west of the
Misty Hills over the weekend. The few brave rangers who dared venture inside
claim that the folk seem friendly, but their calm was almost disturbing. They
claim the nation to be Argyll, and that it has always been there.
